NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

In compliance with the provisions of Section 6(E) of R.A. 10963 of the TRAIN LAW, Revenue District Office No. 50-South Makati is currently in the process of revising the zonal values of real properties of the following Barangays:

• Bel Air (Salcedo Village)

• Dasmarinas Village

• Forbes Park Village

• Urdaneta Village

• Cembo

• Comembo

• Pembo

• Pinagkaisahan

• Pitogo

• Rizal

• South Cembo

• West Rembo

• Post Proper Northside

• Post Proper Southside

The conduct of public hearing is a requirement, where taxpayers can raise their queries and classifications on the recommended zonal values. However, the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) in its resolution No. 130-A dated July 29, 2021 restricts the holding of Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions (MICE) events and social events in venue establishments.

Therefore, notice is hereby given to the public in lieu of public hearing as an alternative procedure allowed under Section V(A)(14)(d) of Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 31-2019 dated June 18, 2019, duly approved by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue dated August 2, 2021.
